My order isn't quite right — can I exchange it?

Of course. If the size, color, or details aren't what you pictured, just reply to your order email or write to us. We'll arrange an exchange or make it right — we'd far rather you end up with something you love.

It arrived damaged in the mail.

That one's on us to fix. Send a quick photo of the damage and we'll get a replacement on its way — no long forms, no hassle.

I've had my piece a while and something stopped working — can it be repaired or replaced?

We stand behind what we make. Even well after your order, if something we built fails or breaks down, tell us what happened — we'll repair it, replace it, or work out the right fix with you.

I was wondering about something, but I don't see it here.
